Wednesday, 3/26: h&f Upperclass Loyalty Event @ the Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art. You are invited to an exclusive student-only art opening of the Curtis Photography exhibit. The first 100 upperclass residents who attend will receive a free gift!
Friday, 3/27: March Madness Watch Party! Come watch the excitement of March Madness with us on the Clubhouse big screen! Join us Friday, March 27 at 6:30p.m. Watch the games and enjoy snacks and drinks.
Saturday, 3/28: Big Event is this Saturday and it is the largest philanthropy project at OU. If you have any questions, please contact the OU Traditions Square West RSA.
UOSA Elections: UOSA Elections will be March 31 and April 1. Students may vote online or at designated polling stations around campus.
Parent's Weekend: Mark your calandars for the weekend of April 3-5. Parents' Weekend is an elegant event that allows OU parents to be pampered and honored by the university community. This weekend offers the perfect opportunity to include family members in your college experience and show parents just how important they are.
Loyalty Program: If you are a member of our Loyalty Program, more meal points will be placed on the card that you have already received at the end of February.
Stressed?
Join us for a night of relaxation exercises in the Clubhouse, Tuesday, Feb. 2, at 9pm. Bring a towel or a yoga mat to sit on!

Parking Passes: If you have a 12 month contract or lived with us during the summer, please remember to pick up a NEW OU Traditions Square West parking pass.
Special Notices: Our Smoking Policy has changed! As of August 18, 2008 smoking is not allowed in undesignated apartments, breezeways, or common TS West areas. Building K has been designated as a smoking building and K residents can only smoke in thier bedrooms.
General Reminders:
Please do not leave trash outside your door, take it to the nearest dumpster.
Please make sure that you are fully clothes and wearing shoes before entering the Clubhouse.
If you are locked out after Clubhouse hours it will be $60 to check-out a key.
Transportation
Stop by the clubhouse at pick up a CART sticker and/or a CART map to see where you can go! Riding the bus is FREE for students. Use the CART to get to all around town!
Have Recommendations??
Please attend the Resident Student Associations meetings that on Mondays at 9pm. The RSA president is here for you and to hear all your concerns. Take advantage of Dustin and his abilities to communicate your concerns.
Noise Reminder
Please be considerate to the residents that live around when it comes playing music even during non-quiet hours. If a noise problem should arise during quiet hours please contact the clubhouse office and report the problem.
