Your OU Traditions Square staff is a team comprised of an Area Coordinator, Community Manager and two Resident Directors.
There is an office located in the Traditions Square East Clubhouse as well as the Traditions Square West Clubhouse. The Area Coordinator has an office at each community and holds hours at both. Staff hours are posted within the clubhouse. We reserve the right to close our clubhouse offices at any time.
Below is a brief overview of our positions and how they can help you.
Area Coordinator (AC):
The AC lives off-site, but is available in the event of an emergency. The AC oversees both OU Traditions Square East and West employees and residents.
Community Manager (CM):
The CM is a full-time staff member who is responsible for the overall operation of their assigned complex. The CM lives on-site in either Traditions Square East or West and is available in the event of an emergency. Community Managers report to the Area Coordinator for OU Traditions Square.
Resident Director (RD):
The RDs live on-site and are available in the event of an emergency. The RDs are responsible for the day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, weekly newsletter, maintenance, contracts, apartment checks and discipline. Intramural teams and individual participants will also be coordinated through the RDs. The RDs also assists with the OU Traditions Square Resident Student Association meetings and programming.
Your staff is here to help guide and assist you with any questions or problems you may have throughout the year.
