Rates listed above are for first-time OU Traditions Square residents for 2009-2010 and are per person. Please call (405)325.2511 with questions.
If you currently live in OU Traditions Square apartments and want to live there again, or move
to the upperclass residence hall communities, for Fall 2010-Spring 2011, you can complete your
contract in person at your clubhouse between 10 a.m. - 5 p.m daily.
If you currently live on campus in the residence halls and want to move to OU Traditions Square for fall 2010-spring 2011, you can complete
your contract in the Housing and Food Services Office, Walker Center Rm. 126 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

What contract lengths are available for 2010-2011?
Students may complete a 9-month contract for the academic year or a 3-month, or per-month, summer contract. These contract lengths were implemented to enable students to select an appropriate contract period before the contract starts. A number of students were applying for release or incurring additional rent at the end of the contract because their contract length was not appropriate for their schedule. An added benefit of these contract lengths is that we can designate space in each OU Traditions Square community to be empty during the summer months, enabling us to conduct maintenance with minimal disruption to our residents. Completely refreshing a few buildings each summer helps us assure that OU Traditions Square residents will continue to receive a high-quality and comfortable apartment.
